Feedback is a term with at least three distinct components, which we call
feed up gives information which helps you to reach your goals.
feed back, gives information about the gap between the actual level of delevering and the level which is wished (e.g. by a quiz).
feed forward gives information about the next step in the process of improving the performance on the asked tasks/goals.
