Heutagogy
Heutagogy is the study of self-directed learning. It is also called as self-determined learning. It focuses on the idea that knowledge is shared (similar to constructivist theory) and that learning how to learn is one of the most important skills.
Moreover, it is the specific development of capability and self-efficacy, deriving from highly autonomous, creative and personalised forms of curriculum that a learner may shape through their own ecology of resources.
